Transportation
Driving is a great mode of transportation in this part of the city. It is a short drive to the closest highway, such as Autoroute du Souvenir, from anywhere in Valois, and it is very easy to find a parking spot. However, commuting by transit can be sometimes challenging in Valois due to the service's low frequency. Thankfully, it is convenient to come across a nearby train station, such as the Gare Valois with access to the Vaudreuil-Hudson Line, from the greater part of residences in the neighbourhood. There are a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. It is impractical for pedestrians to navigate this neighbourhood as common amenities such as laundromats or liquor stores can be an occasionally long walk away. Valois is also not especially suited for bicycling because Valois has a fairly poor cycling infrastructure. Nevertheless, bike riders do not face serious slopes.
