University will attract physically active house buyers as it is conducive to those who travel by foot; meeting daily needs is convenient, and plenty of businesses are quite close by. The public transit system in this area is not very accessible. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, getting around by car is easy in this part of the city. It is convenient to park, and nearby highways are reasonably easy to access from any location in University.


Parents and their children will appreciate that no matter where their home is located in this area, schools and daycares are nearby. With regards to food, it is very easy to reach both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from anywhere in University. Most areas in University are reasonably quiet, as the streets are peaceful.
