Most houses for sale in this city are located in places that are not very conducive to walking because running common errands is challenging.

High schools and primary schools are not especially plentiful in this city, and thus tend to be a rather long walk away. Furthermore, families may consider it challenging for their schoolchildren to access daycares on foot.
