Transportation
Walking is reasonably feasible for house buyers in this area; most daily needs are easy to carry out without the use of a vehicle. Sector B is not particularly transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are typically nearby. On the other hand, driving is a very good mode of transportation in this area. Most real estate listings are a short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est, and it is convenient to access a place to park.
Services
Daycares and primary schools are easy to get to on foot from most houses for sale in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this area. Concerning eating, a supermarket is usually accessible within a reasonably short walk from anywhere in sector B. Likewise, this part of Brossard is a good place in which to eat out, and a limited selection of cafes can be found as well.
Character
Sector B offers a calm ambience and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time outdoors. This neighbourhood features a fair amount of greenery; it is easy to get to green spaces since there are approximately 10 of them nearby for residents to discover. Residents will also find that the tree canopy coverage for a large number of streets is reasonably good. Most areas in this neighbourhood are quiet, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue - although that is not the case closer to Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est or the railway line.
