Driving is usually the preferred method to navigate this part of Waterloo. Likewise, a restaurant is often just around the corner, and a limited variety of cafes can be found as well. In terms of education, primary schools and daycares are easy to walk to from most properties for sale in this area. In contrast, Lincoln does not have any high schools.
Character
The character of Lincoln is exemplified by its relaxed atmosphere. This area is reasonably good for those who like a quiet atmosphere, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic - although that is not the case closer to Highway 85. Lastly, public green spaces, including Bechtel Park and Anndale Park, are especially well-situated and there are approximately 10 of them close by for residents to relax in, making them easy to access.
