Moving around by car is very convenient in Cypress Park Estates. It is very convenient to park, and nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are very easy to drive to from any location in this part of the municipality. However, the public transit service in this neighbourhood is rather limited. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is usually just around the corner. This part of West Vancouver is not very bike-friendly as there is a significant amount of elevation changes, and there are very few bike lanes. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the municipality are located in places that are also not very well-suited for walking because most daily needs are challenging to carry out without the use of a vehicle.

In all but a limited number of cases, a vehicle is needed in Cypress Park Estates to reach the nearest supermarket. Nevertheless, pharmacies are generally easy to reach on foot and supply some staple foods. When it comes to education, in this part of the municipality, parents and their children will often be able to access secondary schools on foot. In contrast, Cypress Park Estates does not contain any primary schools.

Cypress Park Estates offers a great variety of green spaces to enjoy. There are a few parks nearby for residents to relax in and they are very well-spread out, which makes them easy to access from a large number of locations within the neighbourhood. Lastly, it remains relatively quiet in this area, thanks to the presence of very few pedestrians.
