In contrast, biking is very hard in Cedardale as riding is rendered difficult by the often sloping area, and the bicycling infrastructure is quite bad. It is very convenient to find a parking spot, and nearby highways, such as Trans-Canada Highway, are very easy to access from any home in Cedardale. However, the public transit network in Cedardale is sometimes poor. Thankfully, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most houses.

It is convenient to reach the closest supermarket on foot in this part of the municipality. In addition, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner. With regards to education, daycares and primary schools are very easy to reach on foot from most houses for sale in Cedardale. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this part of West Vancouver.
Character
Cedardale offers an extensive selection of green spaces to enjoy, as well as some areas with a vibrant ambience. Parks are very easy to reach since there are approximately 10 of them nearby for residents to unwind in. This area is relatively quiet, thanks to the presence of few pedestrians; however those who are near Trans-Canada Highway may experience more noise.
