Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by around 10 bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most properties.

It is straightforward to reach the nearest supermarket by walking from most homes for sale in City Centre. Furthermore, this neighbourhood is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe. A good variety of clothing stores can also be found within a rather short walking distance.
