Transportation
Driving is very often the best method to move around in this part of the city. Most homes for sale are a reasonably short drive from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway, and it is very convenient to access a parking spot. On the other hand, getting around by transit can be difficult in this neighbourhood as a result of the infrequent service. Thankfully, property owners are served by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most homes. Walking in Sardis is not very popular, despite the fact that running common errands is easy on foot.
Services
Primary schools and daycares are convenient to access on foot from most properties for sale in Sardis. In contrast, this part of Chilliwack does not have any high schools. With respect to food, accessing the nearest supermarket on foot is possible for some, but not all, house buyers in Sardis. There are also approximately 40 restaurants and coffee shops in this neighbourhood.
Character
Sardis is reasonably good for those who like quiet surroundings, as the streets tend to be peaceful - although that is not the case near the railway line. Public green spaces aren't well-distributed, which makes them very difficult to access.
