This part of the city will attract active people because it is reasonably suitable for walking; carrying out daily needs is easy on foot. Driving is usually the preferred transportation option in Downtown. It is a very short drive to the closest highway from any home in this part of the city, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit network in Downtown is not very accessible. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes.
